The Nail Workshop is located in this beautiful rural village of Okeford Fitzpaine, within easy access of Sturminster Newton (3.5 miles), Blandford Forum (6.5 miles), Shaftesbury (9.5 miles), Sherborne (15 miles), Wimborne (16 miles,) Dorchester (19 miles), Poole (21 miles) and Salisbury (31 miles).

The Nail Workshop is located in Myrtle Cottage, which is to be found behind the Village Church of St. Andrews, in the Village of Okeford Fitzpaine. For full directions please see the map below .

From the A357, coming from The Blandford Forum direction, Okeford Fitzpaine is sign posted, on the left, in the village of Shillingstone, just past the garage and shop. Upon entering the Village via Shillingstone Lane, St. Andrews church is to be found on the left hand side of the road upon a small hill. To the right hand side of the Churchyard is a lane called Greenhayes. Please park by the front gate of the church on the public highway or if no parking available here park in the village centre on the public highway.

From the A357, if coming from the Sturminster Newton direction, Okeford Fitzpaine is sign posted and on the right, approx 2 miles past the Fiddleford Inn. Turn right and follow this road for approx 1 mile to the village centre. The Royal Oak pub is to be found on the right. Proceed straight past and turn left at the green phone box / village shop. Proceed for approx 400 yards. In front of you is St. Andrews church. Turn right before the church into Greenhayes. Please park by the front gate of the church on the public highway or if no parking available here park in the village centre on the public highway and walk the short distance to Greenhayes.

Walk a short distance up Greenhayes Lane with the churchyard railings on your left. You will come to a cream thatched cottage on your left.

Between the cream thatched cottage on the left and the churchyard railings is a footpath to your left.

Proceed up to the top of this path, approx 15 yards, the churchyard side gate will be in front of you, and the gate to Myrtle Cottage can be found to your right at the top of three small brick steps. Please close the gate securely behind you.

If you are at the top of Greenhayes in The Village Hal car park you will need to walk back down Greenhayes a short distance (Approximately 20 yards). A cream thatched cottage is on your right, next on the right are the churchyard railings Between the cream thatched cottage on the right and the churchyard railings is a short footpath to your right.

Proceed up to the top of this path, approx 15 yards, the churchyard side gate will be in front of you, and the gate to Myrtle Cottage can be found to your right at the top of three small brick steps. Please close the gate securely behind you.
